AQUAGUARDSNATION LLC is committed to donor satisfaction. We have established a clear and fair refund policy so every donor gives with confidence.

2. One-Time Donation Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

One-time donations are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.

2.2 How to Request

Please include your name, donation email, amount, date, and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

2.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Recurring Donation Cancellations

Cancel any recurring donation at any time with no fees. Cancellations submitted at least 3 business days before the next charge take effect immediately. Later cancellations may incur one additional charge which can be refunded on request.

4. Campaign Reallocation

If a campaign you donated to is fully funded or discontinued, we will contact you to offer reallocation to a similar campaign or a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Donations more than 30 days prior to request (one-time only)
• Third-party processing fees charged by Stripe

6. Disputed Charges
