AQUAGUARDSNATION LLC is a registered LLC organization (EIN: 98-1858313) headquartered at 421 West Broadway Ste 302, Council Bluffs, IA 51503, United States. We operate programs focused on clean water access, watershed conservation, reforestation, ocean health, and wildlife protection worldwide.
All donations are voluntary contributions. By donating, you confirm: (a) you are the authorized user of the payment method; (b) information submitted is accurate; (c) you are making a voluntary donation, not purchasing goods or services; and (d) your donation supports AQUAGUARDSNATION LLC's mission.
100% of public donations go directly to funding water access and conservation projects. Operating costs are covered by private supporters. If a specific project is fully funded or discontinued, your donation may be redirected to a similar active project.
Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding the tax treatment of your donation. A receipt will be emailed to you following each transaction.
By setting up a recurring donation, you authorize AQUAGUARDSNATION LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method on the scheduled basis until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing info@aquaguardsnation.net or calling +1 712-217-5125.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe via TLS/SSL encryption. AQUAGUARDSNATION LLC does not store or access full payment card data.
